We hope that your visit to the Cheese Store will be more than a
simple trip to any old gourmet shop. You might just come in with
something specific in mind. However, if you so desire, we will try
our best to make your time spent at the Cheese Store somewhat
of an educational experience. We have collected cheese
knowledge for fifteen years and can help direct you toward the
items that will most please your palate. We will inform you of the
criteria that make your cheese as good as it is. We will also
feature aging facilities which will bring all of our cheeses to peak
levels of ripeness. You can be assured that the cheese you take
home will be the absolute best examples of the type, region,
craftsmanship, and condition available.

Sunday, July 27 6pm AOC: The Classic French Classics Did you know that the names of many cheeses produced in European nations are protected by their governments? Roquefort is not Roquefort unless it is produced by the strict standards enforced by the French government. These are the most cherished cheeses that France produces. We'll get to know what they are and why their names must be protected. Tickets $35 and must be called in advance.
