The Hoboken Hero
The Cheese Store is committed to spread the knowledge and
appreciation for the world's greatest cheeses.  Every last Sunday of
each month (barring a holiday), we'll be hosting cheese tastings that are
both fun and educational.  All attendees are welcome to bring their own
bottle of wine to liven things up.  Please call to reserve your seat.  Here's
are some of our upcoming events.
June 29th, Sunday 6pm: Cheese Basics
Does the experience of approaching a cheese counter seem a bit
daunting?  This class will break down the world of cheese in to the
categories of how they're made.  You'll walk out of this class equipped
with the vocabulary that'll make selecting your cheese course a breeze!

July 27th, Sunday 6pm: AOC or The Real French Classics
Did you know that the names of many cheeses produced in European
nations are protected by their governments?  Roquefort is not Roquefort
unless it is produced by the strict standards enforced by the French
government.  T
hese are the most cherished cheeses that France
produces and we'll get to know what they are.

September 28th, Sunday 6pm: The Mediterranean Sun
We'll take a tour of the southern parts of France, Spain, and Italy
(including the islands of Corsica and Sardinia) and taste the effect of the
land and climate on their cheeses.
